Some time your websites is controlled by more than one webmasters or other programmers want to access the analytic data.In such case you can add additional user.
To add new users
  1. Locate the Admin ->Users tab
 2. Click the New user and add email address of new users, also   
      select the Role of the users and click the create user button
You are done.Now you know what to do.
