Can I share Google Plus posts on Facebook  and  Facebook update on Google+ ?Yes you can. 
G+ Post on Facebook Wall
  Find the post you like to share on face book either from main page or from profile - post , which shows your own share.Every post in G+ carries a Option menu at the top right corner, select  Link to this post command from drop down menu and copy the link in the box and leave the box by pressing OK button, or just hit the Go link and copy the link from the address bar.


   Now load your face book page, click write a post and paste the link and share the link. You can post them on your own Wall and Group Walls too.
Facebook Post on G+
  To share G+ post on Facebook, go to post you like and click on the post date/time and you will get the link to the post you loved  copy the link from the address bar. Go to your Google plus and compose a new post and paste the link and share it.
Facebook post on Twitter
Wanna share it on twitter,just follow above steps and get the link and paste it to the twitter  update, it will automatically shortened.
